-You will be responsible for the general readiness of the aircraft for its assigned missions;
-You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board;
-You will act as the key contact between Execaire and its client to ensure a superior level of customer service and customer satisfaction;
-Working closely with the aircraft’s assigned AME you will facilitate coordinating maintenance inspections and actions in order to minimize disruptions to the flying schedule;
-Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot, Ontario Region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-You will require strong leadership abilities to lead a team of qualified pilots and AME assigned to the operation of the aircraft;
-Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License;
-Endorsement on the Challenger 300;
-Current instrument rating;
-8000 hours total flying time;
-5000 hours multi-engine/jet time/multi crew;
-International flying experience outside of North America;
-A demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service;
-The ability to work effectively and safely under pressure;
-The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and
-Well-developed interpersonal skills.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

-Post Secondary or Aviation Flight College Diploma
